Wednesday 27th January 2021: Blended Digital, a leading APAC marketing technology and customer experience consultancy, today announced its partnership with Dataiku, one of the world’s leading Enterprise AI and machine learning platforms.
Adam Crow, Co-Founder and CEO, Blended Digital, comments: “Our collaboration with Dataiku positions us ahead of time.
“With the explosion of AI in martech together with the increasing demand for customer experiences driven by machine learning, this partnership will allow us to deliver deeper insights together with granular customer modelling and analytics at scale — all delivered with a genuinely martech platform-agnostic solution.”
Enabled by the Dataiku alliance, Blended Digital will now seamlessly integrate powerful machine learning models across both streamed data and real-time use cases, building layers of data and insights into client technology stacks.
Among the projects Blended Digital has developed with Dataiku for release in early 2021 include Adobe Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration products.
Damon McMillan, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Technologist, Blended Digital adds: “Customisable and bespoke machine learning is a fundamental capability requested in almost every technology transformation we are currently undertaking.
“The market need for agnostic machine learning capability which can seamlessly integrate with existing technology stacks has been consistently growing for some time. Only Dataiku can currently offer the technological sophistication our clients require, increasing the value, speed to market and outcomes of every part of an organisation's martech investment.”
Blended Digital’s client portfolio includes ANZ bank, CPA, Toyota, Sensis, Victorian Government, Lion Beverages, Greenpeace East Asia, Beyond Blue and YMCA.
Jiunn Hao, APAC Partnerships at Dataiku adds: “We look forward to bringing Dataiku’s deep expertise and capabilities in machine learning across industries to enhance Blended’s strategy for developing best-of-breed martech outcomes at scale.
“Dataiku is built for all companies looking to democratize AI across their organization, bringing agility and preparedness to the business through the use of data by everyone from analysts to data scientists. Of course, this includes marketing teams and professionals, who will need to be proficient in leveraging machine learning-based tools for their roles in the very near future.”
Dataiku continuously integrates the most recent technologies in its stack in order to lower the barrier to integration for the companies themselves - including computation, storage, programming languages, machine learning technologies and more.
To support the new partnership, Dataiku and Blended plan to offer a series of webinars early in 2021.
