After starting her career in Colombia, Liliana moved to Australia 9 years ago to work in marketing across a range of different industries most recently with a focus on email and marketing automation.
Dedicated, organised and detail-oriented, Liliana says she identified an opportunity to grow in her career with the experienced team at Blended. Outside of work she enjoys restaurants, pilates knitting and has recently began lessons to learn to play the piano.

I started my professional career in Colombia, before moving to Australia 9 years ago. Most of my work experience has been developing and executing marketing strategies and coordinating events for different industries.

Why did you want to work at BD?
One of the things I enjoyed the most at my previous job was doing email marketing and marketing automation. I saw inBlended Digital the opportunity to grow along with an experienced team and not only in the Martech space but also delivering value to the clients.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I like cooking, spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, knitting, exercising, doing pilates, and recently taking classes to learn to play the piano.
What’s the biggest mistake many make in Martech?
One common mistake I have seen is when some businesses acquired new marketing technologies to optimise their processes, but they forget the importance of involving other departments that are also part of those processes and will be final users to the platforms. This creates false expectations, usability problems and delay in the implementation.
